My Diet plan....What is yours

My Daily feeding ---- I use Dr Harvey Bird seed --- Still give greens and egg mixture regularly
1/3 Cup of birdseed add
1/8 teaspoon liquid vitamins I shake in small jar
1/8 teasoon of mineral mix or calicum powder or just hatched from twin peaks
1/8 teasoon of Feather Fast ( put in Jar and Mix well )
1/8 teasoon E powder

Water I use 2 days a week
For 8 oz
10 drops Scatt or S76 (saturday and sunday ) (only 1 time a month)
1/4 teaspoon of Iodine (saturday and sunday )
1/8 teasoon probotics (saturday and sunday )

The other 5 days I use just water
